What is Brew Alchemist ?
Brew Alchemist is an instance of the Braumeister project, which is a web application to help creation, managing and publishing of beer recipes. You can manage your brew sessions, take some notes, create recipe and browse through public recipe to inspire yourself !
This project is still in development, but overall, features needed to brew and manage your sessions are completed. Brew Alchemist is now accessible to all users right now, but it's possible to get a beta key to join the current version.
How to join ?
We are currently in beta phase, if you want to join you can ask for a Beta Key here, with a beta key you'll be able to create an account on Brew Alchemist and use the application. We only have a limited number of beta keys available. You can also contribute by finding bug(s) and propose some suggestions for improvements.
Braumeister Project
The Braumeister project is actually the name of the source code repository, which is private at the moment, but we planned on open sourcing it when it will be out of the beta phase. You can also contribute if you have some free times to develop on the project. Just send us an email at webmaster@brewalchemist.org and we will follow up with you ! Braumeister is using Python as back-end language, TypeScript for the Front-end using React. We're also using a Postgresql Database.
